There was an old cow shed earlier at the place of this hotel which was dismantled to have a permanent structure in 2008. Next year a globally reputed travel company Kuoni approached the household to use this place to start Kuoni Academy of tourism and travel education and the old cow shed got double storey structure. In 2014, this building got two more stories and converted into a hotel named “Eco Groves”.
