The drive from the Villa to the temple is very scenic with panoramic views of the valley. The temple is located at the banks of river Madhuganga River. After Kedarnath this is the first Sddhi peeth on the river. The road that leads to it passes through spectacular views of mountains ,tress and nested villages in between them. On most of the days, clouds are floating over the mountains adding to the scenic views.</p> <p>The main temple is built around a rock which is still worshipped as the idol.
